Cathryn Baerwald’s heart- opening clairaudience reminds us that we are loved and given guidance. Guidance offers us wisdom and healing for a transformational process of coming into the wholeness of our spirit. Accessing our wealth of resources again we see ourselves in the light of forgiveness, sense the support which resides all around us, and open our hearts to life’s beautiful co-resonance. Spirit and source beings along with nature beings hold a frequency of love and understanding for each one of us without bias or judgement which opens the heart and recovers our enlivened expression and ability to manifest our dreams.
This open-hearted alignment provides shifts in long held discordancy, beliefs, trauma and separation which can create issues, anxiety, a sense of being stuck, inner child issues, dysfunctional patterning, and codependent relationships. Once released our true expression and resources can come forward and into fruition.

Individual Sessions
Sessions are focused on the individuals needs and goals. They are suited for a deeper look into inter-personal relationships, trauma, and inner-child healing while coming into wholeness, awareness, open-heartedness. Sessions can directly look at aspirations and goals and ask SPIRIT for specific direction.

Small Group Workshops
Workshops are ongoing through out the year. Workshops are tailored to support the individuals who attend. The primary theme to all of the workshops is connecting to your own spiritual guidance. The group size is small, typically 2-5 people. Time is provided for questions and addressing each individual’s needs. Handouts, tools, and follow ups are provided.
